RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from HIOKI USA are\r\nmade pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and\r\ntitle for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the\r\ndate you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and\r\nin the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original\r\npackaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and\r\nnotify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify\r\nyou on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is\r\napproved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of\r\npayment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,\r\ndepending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own\r\nshipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If\r\nyou receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your\r\nrefund.

If a product offered by HIOKI USA itself is not as described, your\r\nsole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING
\"List Price\" means the suggested retail\r\nprice of a product. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently\r\nfound on HIOKI USA. Certain products may have a \"Was Price\"\r\ndisplayed, which is determined using recent price history of the product on HIOKI\r\nUSA.
With respect to items sold by HIOKI USA, we cannot\r\nconfirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small\r\nnumber of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an\r\nitem sold by HIOKI USA is higher than our stated price, we will, at our\r\ndiscretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your\r\norder and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different\r\npolicies in the event of a mispriced item. We generally do not charge your\r\ncredit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for\r\ndigital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
You may not use any HIOKI USA Service if you are the\r\nsubject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by\r\nthe governments of the country where you are using HIOKI USA Services. You must\r\ncomply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply\r\nto goods, software (including HIOKI USA Software), technology, and services.
OTHER BUSINESSES
Parties other than HIOKI USA operate stores, provide\r\nservices or software, or sell product lines through the HIOKI USA Services. In\r\naddition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain\r\nother businesses. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by\r\nthese businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third\r\nparties, not from HIOKI USA. We are not responsible for examining or\r\nevaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or\r\nindividuals (including the content of their Web sites). DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use\r\nof any HIOKI USA Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by\r\nHIOKI USA or through hiokiusastore.com will be resolved by binding arbitration,\r\nrather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court\r\nif your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law\r\napply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court\r\nreview of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on\r\nan individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including\r\ninjunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the\r\nterms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a\r\nletter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our company address,\r\nthe arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)\r\nunder its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for\r\nConsumer-Related Disputes. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather\r\nthan in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both\r\nagree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other\r\nmisuse of intellectual property rights.

DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use\r\nof any HIOKI USA Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by\r\nHIOKI USA or through hiokiusastore.com will be resolved by binding arbitration,\r\nrather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court\r\nif your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law\r\napply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court\r\nreview of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on\r\nan individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including\r\ninjunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the\r\nterms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
